As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions.
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products.
When you interact with our AI Nutritionist, your inputs (which may include health data) are processed by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI) based on your explicit consent. We ensure that these providers do not use your personal data to train their models, in accordance with our enterprise agreements.
Our AI Products are designed to: create, suggest and recommend meal plans, snack ideas, meal switches and many more.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. We recommend that you review the privacy notice of any social media provider to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information.
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We retain your personal information for the duration of your active account. If your account remains inactive for more than 24 months, we will notify you and subsequently delete or anonymize your data, unless we are legally required to retain it for tax or accounting purposes.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
